F-gas Processing
We measure and analyze the recovered F-gas to determine whether it is suitable for reclamation. F-gases that cannot
be reclaimed are entrusted to certified destruction service providers. The reclamation equipment owned by MZ VINA (photo
below) uses a simple distillation method, which consumes significantly less energy than destruction processes and helps
reduce CO₂ emissions. The diagram below illustrates the basic mechanism of this distillation method. By utilizing temperature
differences to transfer F-gases, the system achieves greater energy efficiency.

F-gas Sales
Due to the Montreal Protocol and its Kigali Amendment, countries around the world are implementing a phased reduction in the import, production, and consumption of HFCs such as R410A and R32. The importance of these efforts continues to grow.
As prices for new F-gas are expected to rise and shortages are anticipated, the demand for reclaimed F-gas is increasing.
Our company supplies reclaimed F-gas that conform to the technical regulation QCVN76.
※We were the first in Vietnam to obtain conformity for reclaimed F-gas (R410A, R32, and R404A).
Each batch of reclaimed F-gas is tested 4 times to ensure consistent quality and compliance. The first analysis is conducted upon receipt, the second after transfer, the third following the reclamation process, and the fourth just before shipment. At each stage, we analyze six key parameters: purity, composition, non-condensable gas concentration, moisture content, acidity level, and residue after evaporation.

High-pressure gas cylinders are subject to periodic legal inspections In Japan.
At MZ VINA, we offer a variety of inspected cylinders that comply with Japanese regulations, available for both sale and rental.
When cylinders are reused repeatedly, residual oil or different types of F-gas may remain inside. As a result, even if F-gas are properly recovered, they may become unsuitable for reclamation and require destruction instead. Using clean cylinders helps improve the reclaimable rate of recovered F-gas.
We maintain one of the largest inventories of rental cylinders in the country, offering a wide range of sizes including 20kg, 100kg, and 1-ton cylinders.

F-gas Recovery Services
We offer on-site F-gas recovery services upon request. F-gases used in residential and commercial air conditioners, refrigerators, and freezers must be properly recovered, as releasing them into the atmosphere can contribute to ozone layer depletion and global warming. Our team can handle a wide range of equipment—from small air conditioners and refrigeration units to large-scale multi-split systems and industrial refrigeration machines—across various work sites.MZ VINA also operates as a collection site for air conditioning units. You are welcome to bring in equipment such as pump-downed air conditioners or dismantled units directly to our facility. We can also arrange pickup and transportation upon request.
Fluorocarbon Analysis
At MZ VINA, we focus on component analysis, the most critical aspect of fluorocarbon reclamation, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality products.
We comply with Vietnamese standards(QCVN76) while also implementing in-house regulations that are stricter than Japan’s JIS standards.
Only gases that meet these rigorous standards are processed into reclaimed fluorocarbons and supplied to our customers.
We conduct four stages of analysis: initial analysis upon receipt, secondary analysis, pre-reclamation analysis, and final analysis after reclamation.
The key analysis parameters include fluorocarbon purity, non-condensable gas concentration, moisture content, acid concentration, and evaporation residue concentration.
